BAKING

Our gas fired bakery ovens, deck ovens and convection ovens for bakery can easily bake high quality items such as cakes, biscuits, different kinds of artisan breads, cookies & pizzas. Many Gujarati dishes such as handvo & Maharashtrian dish such as karanjiyas can be easily made.

FRYING

Saves 50 % more fuel than traditional frying methods using kadhai & gas burners. Microprocessor temperature controllers give accurate & very even frying results thus giving very high quality. There is no smoke, heat, oil spills or the hazards of open fire. you can serve a variety of fried items such as samosa, batatavada, potato chips, cutlets, fried chicken, burgers, patties etc.

INDIAN CUISINE
